Tuffy Partner Portal for franchisors
For franchisors selling one location or several. Follow every candidate from the first inquiry to the grand opening, keep your Local Store Operating manuals where every store manager reads and confirms them, and send Tuffy what each new store needs.
What franchisors use most
- A pipeline built for franchise sales. Inquiry, Intro call, Application, FDD sent, Discovery Day, Financing approved, Franchise agreement signed and Grand opening. A sale is one unit or a multi-unit development, and each one shows its next step and when it is due.
- Paste a lead. An inquiry from a franchise portal, your web form or a broker never needs retyping. Paste it, check what the portal filled in (the name, phone, email, address and what they asked about), and one save adds the candidate, the contact and a franchise sale with the next step "Reply to the lead" due today. The pasted text is not kept.
- Manuals, read and confirmed. Upload your Local Store Operating manuals by section. Each upload is a new version and earlier ones are kept. Your store managers get an email when a manual changes, and you see who has read and confirmed it, and who has not.
- Store manager seats. A store manager signs in to the manuals only: Download and Read and confirmed, never your candidates, sales or prices.
- Smart templates for every step. Ready-made messages you can change: a reply to a franchise inquiry, an FDD follow-up, a Discovery Day invitation, a still-interested check-in and a welcome to a new franchisee, plus a new store technology checklist. Each one fills itself in with the candidate's name and your own name and company.
- Send an RFQ for each new store. Internet and backup internet, phones, Wi-Fi, security cameras, business TV and card processing. A Tuffy advisor picks up to 3 vetted providers for each RFQ, or, in most categories, you name the providers you prefer. You choose whether providers contact you or the store owner.
- Franchise agreements on file. Each franchise agreement keeps its end date and a renewal notice. It is your own contract, so it never offers competing proposals; a store's internet, phones and cameras do.
Your franchisees and candidates stay yours
Your franchisees and candidates stay yours. Tuffy Communications sees a franchisee’s or candidate’s contact information only when you include it in a Request for Quote (RFQ) you send us, and never contacts them directly unless you ask us to. On each RFQ, you choose whether providers contact you or the store owner. Store managers you invite sign in with us, so we keep their name and email for their sign-in emails.
