What referral partners use most

One clear job: send a referral. The Overview opens with Send Tuffy a referral. Pick or add the business, add your contact there (name, email and phone), and press Send. A sentence on what they need helps, and you can say it out loud instead of typing.
Paste a lead. A lead from outside the portal, in an email, a text or a web form, never needs retyping. Paste it, check what the portal filled in (the name, phone, email and address), and one save adds the business and your contact there. The pasted text is not kept.
Tuffy contacts your client. You never chase providers or proposals. Tuffy Communications reaches the business directly, brings in the right providers, and handles the follow-up.
See where each referral stands. Every referral keeps its number and its status, with Tuffy's notes, and you get an email each time the status changes.
Your list of businesses. Every business you refer, or might refer, is saved with its contacts, so the next referral takes seconds. Add them one at a time, from a spreadsheet or from a photo of business cards. Your list stays private to you.
Read a client's statement or bill. Have their current phone or internet bill? The portal reads the provider and the charges for the referral. Account numbers are removed before the charges are sorted, and are never shown or kept.
One person, one sign-in. A referral-partner seat is for one person: you send the referrals and follow them.
