Tuffy Partner Portal for merchant-services providers
For card processors, ISOs and merchant-services resellers. You already sit with the owner over the card statement; the portal keeps that account, and sends the internet, phones and TV the business needs to Tuffy as an RFQ.
What merchant-services partners use most
- A pipeline built for card processing. Its stages include "Statement review", "Awaiting phone number assignment", "Application submitted" and "Business SMS, 10DLC form completion pending", before "Installation complete". Closed / Lost is an outcome you can choose from any stage.
- Paste a lead. A lead from outside the portal, in an email, a text, a lead service or a web form, never needs retyping. Paste it, check what the portal filled in (the name, phone, email, address and what they need), and one save adds the account, the contact and a deal with the next step "Reply to the lead" due today. The pasted text is not kept.
- Monthly card volume as the deal value. On a payments deal the value is the client's average monthly card payments, and pipeline totals add it in.
- The number RFQ. A new location often needs its business phone number before the card processing application can go in. Move the deal to "Awaiting phone number assignment" and the portal offers to open a Phones RFQ at the phone number questions, with "Number needed for: Card processing application" already filled in. You review it and press Send.
- The 10DLC checklist. When a deal reaches "Business SMS, 10DLC form completion pending", the portal lists what the carriers' texting registration asks for, with a copy for your client in your own name.
- Your product stays yours. Payments and financial automation is never on your RFQ list, and card processing agreements get renewal notices without an RFQ button: the renewal is yours to work.
- Read a client's statement or bill. Fill an RFQ for the client's internet, phones or TV from it, or add it as the client's agreement. Account numbers are removed before the charges are sorted, and are never shown or kept.
Your clients stay your clients
Your clients stay your clients. Tuffy Communications sees a client's contact information only when you include it in a Request for Quote (RFQ) you send us. We work that RFQ with you, and never contact your client directly unless you ask us to.
