Tuffy Partner Portal for MSPs and IT professionals
For managed service providers and solo IT professionals who look after their clients' technology and want the quotes around it handled without the vendor work.
What MSPs use most
- Import from your PSA or CRM. Presets for HaloPSA, ConnectWise and Autotask (and HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho) match the columns of your export, and you check where each one goes before anything is imported.
- Paste a lead. A lead from outside the portal, in an email, a text, a lead service or a web form, never needs retyping. Paste it, check what the portal filled in (the name, phone, email, address and what they need), and one save adds the account, the contact and a deal with the next step "Reply to the lead" due today. The pasted text is not kept.
- Send an RFQ in minutes. Phones, internet, cybersecurity, cloud and more, from the account page or by recording the conversation with your client. A Tuffy advisor picks up to 3 vetted providers for each RFQ, or, in most categories, you name the providers you prefer, and the proposals come straight to you.
- Phone stages on phone deals. On Phones and Communication deals the pipeline adds "Awaiting phone number assignment" and "Business SMS, 10DLC form completion pending". Moving a deal into the first offers to open the phone number RFQ for you to review; the second lists what the carriers' texting registration asks for, with a copy for your client in your own name.
- Tech stack and the quarterly client review. Each account shows which categories have an agreement on file. The quarterly client review is one page you present to your client under your own name: what renews soon, what is on file, what is in progress, and your recommendations.
- Stage actions. When a deal moves into a stage, set its next step, hand it to a teammate and email your team.
- Seats for the whole team. A No pricing seat for your office admin never sees a dollar amount; a Field seat lets a technician send what they see on site.
Logging and re-typing take a big share of a sales week. A 2026 Pipedrive survey of 1,000 US sales and marketing professionals who use a CRM found 38% spend most of their time logging calls, emails and meetings, and 79% switch between several tools to see one customer's full account. Paste a lead turns an email or web form into the account, contact and deal in one save, Import from your PSA or CRM brings your book across without retyping, and Stage actions set the next step when a deal moves.Source: Pipedrive CRM Trends Report 2026, August 4, 2026
Your clients stay your clients
Your clients stay your clients. Tuffy Communications sees a client's contact information only when you include it in a Request for Quote (RFQ) you send us. We work that RFQ with you, and never contact your client directly unless you ask us to.
