Tuffy Partner Portal for real estate agents
For real estate agents who work residential, commercial or both. Keep every buyer, seller, tenant and landlord in one place, follow each deal from the first call to closing, and keep every closed client in your book. When a commercial client needs internet, phones, cabling or security for their space, send it to Tuffy Communications.
What real estate agents use most
- Residential and commercial in one pipeline. Lead in, Contacted, Appointment set, Showing or tour, Offer or letter of intent, In escrow, Closed and Past client. Each deal is marked Residential or Commercial and shows its expected commission, its next step and when it is due.
- Paste a lead. A lead from outside the portal, in an email, a text, a lead service or a web form, never needs retyping. Paste it, check what the portal filled in (the name, phone, email, address and what they need), and one save adds the client, the contact and a deal with the next step "Reply to the lead" due today. The pasted text is not kept.
- Business cards in one photo. After an open house or a networking event, take a photo of up to 10 business cards and check each new client before it is saved.
- Smart templates for every step. Ready-made messages you can change: a new lead reply, a showing confirmation, offer submitted, under contract, closing day, the home anniversary, the home warranty reminder and the lease renewal. Each one fills in the client's name and is signed with your name, your company and your license number. You send them yourself; the portal never messages your clients.
- Possible duplicate. When a new client looks like one already in your book, the portal says so before you save.
- A seat for your assistant, and one for marketing. Your plan includes a second person, such as an assistant or a transaction coordinator, plus a Marketing seat at no cost. The Marketing seat sees your clients and how to reach them, adds new leads and writes the smart templates, and never sees your commission, your deals or your notes.
- An RFQ for a commercial client's space. When a commercial client leases or buys a space, send Tuffy what it needs: internet, phones, cabling, security cameras or access control. Tuffy works that RFQ with your client directly. Tuffy has no residential services, so a residential client is never sent.
Your clients stay your clients
Your clients stay your clients. Tuffy Communications sees a client’s contact information only when you send it to us in a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a commercial client, which Tuffy then works with that client directly.
