Tuffy Partner Portal for franchise brokers and FSOs
For franchise brokers and franchise sales organizations that represent many brands. One lead can be introduced to several brands at once, and every introduction keeps its own brand, its own stage and its own next step, until the lead signs and becomes a franchisee. When a franchisee's new location needs its technology, send it to Tuffy.
What franchise brokers use most
- Paste a lead. A lead from a franchise lead portal, an ad or your web form never needs retyping. Paste the email, check what the portal filled in (the name, phone, email, location and what they asked about), and one save adds the lead, the contact and an Inquiry with the next step "Reply to the lead" due today. The pasted text is not kept.
- Brands. Every brand you represent in one list: its development contact, the investment range and minimum capital the brand states, the territories as you note them, and your own agreement with the brand, with its end date.
- Introductions, one per lead and brand. Introduce a lead to a brand only with the lead's OK. Each introduction follows that brand's process on its own: Introduced, Brand intro call, FDD received (the brand delivers it), Validation calls, Discovery Day, Approved by the brand and Signed. One lead can be with three brands at once, and you see where each one stands. When a lead signs, you enter the fee from the brand on that introduction.
- Smart templates for every step. Ready-made emails and texts you can change: the first reply to an inquiry, an intro call confirmation, the recap after the call, the brand short list, the introduction to a brand's development team, Discovery Day preparation, a still-exploring check-in and congratulations on signing. They make no earnings or income claims, and each one fills itself in with the lead's name and your own name and company.
- Send an RFQ for a franchisee's new location. Once a lead signs with a brand, the new location needs internet and backup internet, phones, Wi-Fi, security cameras and card processing. Send it to Tuffy as a Request for Quote (RFQ): a Tuffy advisor picks up to 3 vetted providers, or, in most categories, you name the providers you prefer. On each RFQ, you choose whether providers contact you or the franchisee.
Your leads, your brands and your franchisees stay yours
Your leads, your brands and your franchisees stay yours. Tuffy Communications sees a franchisee’s contact information only when you send it to us in a Request for Quote (RFQ) for their new location, which we share with the providers who quote it. We never contact them directly unless you ask us to. On each RFQ, you choose whether providers contact you or the franchisee.
